How often should I shampoo and condition my wig?

Your unit should be shampoo'd and conditioned every 7-14 days with shampoo and conditioner made specifically for human hair units. We recommend the Aussie Range.

 

How long will my hair last?

Just like your natural hair, with proper care and maintenance there is no reason why your Wig Connoisseur unit and bundles would not last for years. One tip to maintain your hair is, when using heat to style your hair, make sure you apply a leave-in conditioner spray and heat protecting spray before styling. This would ensure your hair remains hydrated.

 

What is the quality of your wigs and bundles?

All of our units and bundles are 100% grade 10a virgin human hair.

Can i dye my hair?

All of our 1B units and bundles can be lifted professionally to a colour 27 without any damage. Our coloured units e.g Beyonce have already been lifted professionally so bare this in mind if you try to dye/lift. We also offer a colouring service for units/bundles. Click here to book.

What is your processing time?

All our units are made entirely from scratch so unless it states otherwise, there is a 2-3 weeks processing time from when your order has been made.

How long does shipping usually take?

Domestic orders: 3-5 working days 

International orders: 7-14 working days

What is your return or exchange policy?

Every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the high standards and expectations of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept refunds however, there is a 72 hour exchange policy on our ready-made units guaranteed its in its original state. This is subject to availability and a new processing time.
